168 metric tons of CO₂ emissions avoided in Portugal alone—just by removing the daily commute. Based on global averages, our model helps us avoid approximately 1,600+ tonnes of CO₂ emissions every year (by removing daily commutes).

Digital and paper reduction

No commuting. No large office footprint. No paper-heavy processes. Instead, we’ve built a way of working that supports both people and the planet. Based on global averages, our model helps us avoid approximately ~800 trees’ worth of paper annually (by working fully digitally).

90%+ of employees routinely power down, switch off, and sort waste at home. 87% use reusables, and 80%+ are actively reducing food waste.

Through our partnership with B1G1, we support initiatives aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. In 2026 alone, we’ve contributed to 5,442 positive impacts, including 5,100 impacts helping provide families with access to safe, clean drinking water.
