Oysho is part of Inditex and is positioned within a group that publishes sustainability information on materials, water use, decarbonisation, supply chain standards and worker wellbeing. The group says it is working to reduce its impact on water, energy and natural resource consumption, and to build a more responsible textile industry through lower-impact materials, supply chain environmental plans and social programmes. Oysho is also associated with clothing recycling for consumers and the use of lower-impact materials in its supply chain. Publicly available assessments describe its sustainability performance as a work in progress rather than a fully established leader.
