Packfleet Sustainability Profile

Packfleet positioned itself as a last-mile delivery company focused on lower-emission urban logistics in London. Its sustainability pages state that it delivered millions of parcels in electric vehicles across London and aimed to provide greener, more consumer-centric deliveries while treating drivers and the wider team fairly. In March 2025, Packfleet announced that deliveries would move to DHL, with DHL taking over customers and deliveries as it scaled up green deliveries in London. Packfleet also worked with carbon management partner Zevero to help merchants quantify the impact of using Packfleet and support decarbonisation efforts.
