Pieminister says it is on a mission to make the business “a force for good” for the planet and its inhabitants. Its sustainability approach focuses on responsible sourcing, charitable giving and reducing waste, with more recent work centred on lower carbon recipes, zero waste to landfill and using green energy. The company launched its “Pies, Planet, People” commitments in 2020, with nine sustainability targets to achieve by 2025, and says it is now focusing on new targets to hit by 2030. It also publishes annual impact reports and says it is proud to be a B Corp.
