Integrated ESG in portfolios

We consider environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors when managing our portfolios and investment solutions. Exclude controversial activities. Exclude companies that generate a significant proportion of their sales from controversial activities. Targeted thematic investments. Invest in sustainable development with our thematic certificates. The concept of 'dual materiality'. Favour companies based on a 'best-in-class' approach regarding ESG risks and promote investments that positively contribute to the environment and society.

Supported employees

Fulfilled and committed employees are the key to our collective success. We are building a dynamic company by encouraging their contribution and fostering a stimulating working environment. Meaning & Utility. Diversity & Equity. Employability & Independence. Respect & Trust. Health & Wellbeing. 97.3% of employees received at least 8 hours of training in 2024. 11,089 hours of training over two years.

Supported culture and society

We actively support cultural initiatives and artistic events, thereby helping to promote creative expression and access to culture for all. Through social projects and charitable initiatives such as Zoé4Life, Fondation Partage, and Cartons du Cœur, we bring our commitment to society to life by generating a positive and lasting impact. We also have a philanthropic committee and a structured donation policy to actively support our local community and strengthen our contribution to society.

Addressed climate and suppliers

Commitment to climate issues. Implement measures to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. Climate-responsible value chain. Integrate sustainable policies into our supplier selection process by communicating our expectations and supporting our partners in this approach. Being a B Corp means aligning our business and values with the environment in which we operate.

Improved digital client tools

The revamp of our mobile platform and e-banking platform was first and foremost about redefining the client digital journey and strengthening our omnichannel communication. The portfolio check provides a clear overview of the portfolio health and generates recommendations on how to optimize and rebalance the portfolio. It is also designed to take into account ESG preferences in term of sustainable goals.
