There is an internal committee responsible for evaluating and improving our processes and methods to become an increasingly inclusive, equitable, and regenerative business that benefits people and the planet.

Monitors project data

Internally we use the data points to monitor the route and identify adjustment needs throughout the projects, creating effectiveness and agility in crisis management or adaptation needs. We also use the data to ascertain learning in the final balance of each project, internalizing lessons that will serve other processes.

Works with vulnerable communities

Raízes was founded in 2006 as a tourism consultancy company which, in its early years, identified that its main vocation was to work with vulnerable communities and territories.

Uses governance in projects

Here at Raízes, we have governance in place both for each project and for the company as a whole. From the point of view of finances, budgets are made very carefully, evaluating each step of the project.
