Released 2025 sustainability report

Ralph Lauren Corporation released its 2025 Global Citizenship & Sustainability Report on October 2, 2025, highlighting progress on the commitments laid out within its Timeless by Design strategy. Key highlights from Fiscal Year 2025 included meeting at least one of the Company’s sustainable material criteria in 98% of units produced, introducing its fifth Cradle to Cradle Certified® product, launching a denim recycling program in North America, piloting a repair service and expanding the Ralph Lauren Vintage offering.

Reduced emissions and water use

At the end of 2025, Ralph Lauren reported a 34% reduction in absolute emissions from its FY20 baseline and a 32% reduction in total water use across its operations and value chain compared with a FY20 baseline. It also said it had achieved 100% renewable electricity across its owned and operated offices, distribution centers and stores by continuing to invest in renewable energy attribute certificates.

Expanded circular product programs

Ralph Lauren said it launched a denim recycling program in North America, piloted a repair service and expanded its Ralph Lauren Vintage offering. It also said it introduced eight Cradle to Cradle Certified® iconic products, surpassing its goal of five by the end of 2025, and developed Circular Design Principles for teams to implement across processes.

Improved sustainable materials use

The company reported that 99% of units produced met at least one of its sustainable material criteria in 2025. It also said that 100% of its key wood suppliers for new Ralph Lauren store interiors used sustainably sourced wood substrates, and that 93% of its total packaging volume met at least one of its sustainable packaging criteria in 2025.

Supported supply chain workers

Ralph Lauren said it reached over 144,000 supply chain workers through empowerment and life skills programs to date. It also deployed its Human Resource Management Playbook across select suppliers in four countries to test impact and inform wider rollout, and reported balanced supplier or business enterprise representation across its open requests for proposals.

Opened cancer center in Los Angeles

The company said it opened the third cancer center in the United States, The Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Prevention at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center in Los Angeles.
