Reusable packaging system

RE-ZIP transforms packaging from a single-use item into something that can be used again and again. Its packaging is made to be returned and reused, and the company says that a RE-ZIP box already has a 60% reduction in CO2 emissions by its second use.

Scaled reuse production

RE-ZIP makes reusable packaging scalable and accessible by enabling existing single-use production lines to create cardboard boxes and paper bags designed for reuse. The company says this ensures a global supply of low-cost packaging with production emissions on par with single-use.

Life cycle assessments

RE-ZIP’s life cycle assessments, audited by Deloitte, cover its three most popular packaging designs. The LCAs track the entire journey from raw material sourcing through reuse and eventual disposal, and the company publishes summary reports comparing its packaging with single-use alternatives.

ESG reports published

RE-ZIP publishes ESG reports for 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. The company says it is transparent about its entire journey of responsibility.

B Corp certification

In 2023, RE-ZIP became a certified B Corp company. It says it was assessed on a wide range of parameters and achieved a score of 124.5, above the required minimum of 80 points.

FSC-certified packaging

RE-ZIP says all its packaging is FSC-certified. It states that this supports responsible forest management and responsible resource usage.

UN SDG focus

RE-ZIP says it is particularly focused on contributing to Goal 9 and Goal 12. It describes its reuse system as scalable infrastructure with advanced IT for tracking and managing reusable packaging, and says its core purpose is to reduce single-use packaging and minimise waste.
