RMCG’s work includes climate and emissions, climate change adaptation and mitigation, and carbon management. Donna Lucas has specialist knowledge in carbon farming, greenhouse gas/carbon accounting and project evaluation.

Catchment and water planning

RMCG develops resilient solutions for water quality, land management, biodiversity, and sustainable communities, with a proven track record from local catchment planning to large-scale projects like the Murray-Darling Basin Plan. Daryl Poole also has an in depth understanding of water policy and what it means at the farm level.

Waste data dashboard

Developed by AgriFutures Australia and RMCG, the Pre-Farm Gate Waste Data Dashboard brings together data on organic, plastic and workshop waste streams to help inform decisions across regional communities and agricultural industries. The Australian Farm Waste Portal also includes practical guides, case studies and tools and resources to support farmers and producers to improve their sustainability practices.
