COMBINING TRADITION, TECHNOLOGY AND A LOVE FOR OUR LAND

While a lot of things have changed since the farm was founded, some things have always remained the same. We’ve always loved and respected the land we’re so lucky to call home and we’ve always been committed to farming for a better tomorrow. That’s why the past twenty years has seen us plant more than 100,000 trees on the property, rejuvenate remnant bushlands, bring our creeks back to a natural state and focus on constantly improving our farm management practises.

CARBON NEUTRAL & PROUD

Our brewery has always been and to this day still is 100% off grid and is now carbon neutral. We’re working with all of our major partners to reduce emission through our supply and procurement chains. Our end goal is to reduce our net emissions to the point where offset is not required and can be replaced with on site planting programs alone. Our commitment to the environment does not finish there, with the final touches being made to our water recycling plant, striving to re-use approx 5 Million litres of process water per year.

We’ve always seen ourselves as more than just a brewery - we’re a small part of a larger community.
