Rothy's positions sustainability at the centre of its footwear and accessories business. The company says it designs products made with recycled materials, including recycled plastic bottles and marine plastic, and operates a vertically integrated manufacturing model to control quality and environmental impact. Its own factory has achieved LEED Gold and TRUE Zero-Waste certifications, and the company says its knit-to-shape technique creates less than 1% upper material waste. Rothy's also operates a take-back program that disassembles returned shoes and recycles the components into new products, reflecting an emphasis on circularity, durability and reduced waste across production and product life cycle.
