Turning climate risk data into automated reports and decisions, my thesis in action. Phase 1: practical, high-level Excel vulnerability checklist at Cushman & Wakefield. Phase 2: An independent Decision Dashboard ... created after I saw fragmented decision processes while serving as Assistant Manager in the Deputy of Urban Planning & Architecture at Tehran Municipality. The tool maps risk, compares assets side-by-side, runs what-if scenarios, and exports automated EU-Taxonomy-aligned reports.

The research examines the UK Government’s Biodiversity Net Gain legislation in England, which aims to leave the natural environment in a measurably better state than it was beforehand. It discusses governance, on-site and off-site BNG strategies, monitoring, risk mitigation, and the interplay between nature, climate, and people.
