Created in 1994, it describes itself as the first company in Portugal in sustainability and corporate social responsibility consultancy, and one of the first in Europe. Its stated mission is to stimulate change and accelerate transformation through actions focused on results and impacts, strengthen cooperation between companies and society, and create competencies, educate and mobilise for sustainability. The company also states that it is certified B Corp.
