Runs internship programme

Seaside Sustainability's mission is to advocate, educate, and deliver tangible solutions to advance environmental stewardship. Our internship program welcomes all members of the community – regardless of age or nationality – to help others build and nurture a relationship with their environment and seascapes.

Seaside aims to be a leader in environmental and STEM educational programs and recognition initiatives. We help by promoting public awareness about the importance of environmental health, providing resources to develop problem-solving skills, and offering chances to get engaged as part of a community that takes action.

Seaside Sustainability is a nationally recognized, award-winning 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to community engagement, public education, and environmental conservation.

Join Seaside Sustainability and explore a myriad of internship opportunities working on critical projects, initiatives and legislation.

Provides flexible remote internships

We offer a flexible schedule that accommodates any timetable. Our interns all work remotely. Our interns local to the Gloucester, MA area may also have opportunities for in-person meetings and events depending on the project they are assigned to.

Partners with STEM society

All Seaside interns who have successfully completed their initial internship duration, and are in good standing, will be invited to become an Individual Global Membership (IGM) through our partner organization, the National STEM Honor Society.
