Published Neuroinclusion Toolkit

Today, I was proud to welcome Lord Mayor of Dublin, Councillor Ray McAdam to Bank of Ireland as we launched our Neuroinclusion Toolkit - a practical guide we’ve developed along with auticon, to help other organisations across Ireland build their own neuroinclusion strategies.

Shared learnings to date

The Toolkit is the culmination of in-depth assessment of our organisation, learning from partners, advocacy groups and, most importantly, listening to our colleagues to understand what we can do better. There is always more to learn, so the journey continues – but we’re proud to share the steps we’ve taken to date, the lessons we’ve learned, and the challenges we’ve overcome so that others can go further, faster and progress towards making neuroinclusion part of how Ireland works.
