We research and consult on an array of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues that impact organisations, their stakeholders and our changing world. Our sphere is anything touched on by the UN Sustainable Development Goals, including responsible consumption, reduced inequalities, and better health and well-being.

Key project types include: Materiality assessments; Stakeholder research; Public perceptions research; Sustainability consultations; Positioning / communication impact studies; Research to support behavioural change, including recycling and other initiatives.

Quality education work

Our work towards the goal of quality education, which we began in 2002, is conducted as part of Shift Learning.

Carbon Literacy training

She led the development of the accredited training programme, Carbon Literacy for the Insights Sector, which she continues to deliver in partnership with Shift, via MRS and to in-house agency teams.
