Published 2024 sustainability report

Simplo Technology has publish 2024 Sustainability Report, this is 4th report since we started a new ESG journey in 2021 aligned with GRI Standards and verified by third party (SGS Taiwan LTD.,) and detailing the company's comprehensive efforts, achievements, goals, and future plans for sustainable business operations.

Conducted GHG inventories

Since 2020, manufacturing sites have conducted annual ISO 14064-1 GHG inventories, and verified by third party.

Joined RE100 and SBTi

We also passed the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) Evaluation and join RE100, committing to 100% renewable energy usage by 2040.

Used recycled materials

We collaborated with supplier on circular economy. Focus on Post-Consumer Recycled Plastic(PCR) use on PET film materials have 100% recycling rate, and use recycle on coper and cobalt (Co) increased from 50% to 100%, enabling resource reuse and accelerating green product deployment.

Set sustainability policy

Simplo Technology Group Sustainability Policy" covers the three major aspects of ESG, and serves as the highest guidelines of Simplo's sustainable development to implement ESG and enhance the corporate competitiveness, launching the company toward corporate sustainable development.

Installed solar PV systems

Improving energy efficiency and increasing the utilization rate of renewable energy. Positioned the new business of energy storage. Install rooftop solar photovoltaic systems, solar PV cumulative electricity generated 10,184 MWh. Signed green power contract.

Ran ESG supply chain seminar

Worked with partners in the value chain to protect the environment, uphold human rights, and comply with ethical standards to enhance sustainable competitiveness. Promulgation of the sustainable supply chain management policies. Conducted ESG and human rights risk investigations across the supply chain. 2024 Simplo Group ESG sustainable supply chain seminar, nearly 200 supply chain partners participating online.
