Launched career development program

A recently launched program of the BSC, the Sustainability Career Development Program (SCDP) offers a ‘choose your own adventure’ approach to career growth in sustainability. The program helps learners explore sustainability-related careers, gain practical experience, and connect with professionals who are driving change across industries.

Expanded the speaker series

The BSC Career Speaker Series is a cornerstone of the Collaborative’s industry engagement efforts, designed to connect students with professionals who are shaping sustainability across sectors. Through panels, fireside chats, and interactive Q&A sessions, speakers share their real-world experiences.

Integrated sustainability into curricula

The Collaborative works with faculty to integrate environmental, social, and financial responsibility into curricula throughout the Poole College of Management.

Launched Future Sustainability Leaders

The inaugural cohort of the Future Sustainability Leaders Fellowship was officially launched. Eight NC State Poole College of Management students will complete a summer sustainability consulting project and receive one on one mentorship from a dedicated NC State alumni mentor.

Ran B Impact Teams program

A group of NC State Poole College of Management undergraduate students will participate in the B Impact Teams program. The experience is modeled on the MBA 582 B Corp Clinic Sustainability Practicum and gives students professional consulting experience.
