Promoted sustainable tourism

Lesley Robb wrote that over 80% of tourism services depend on healthy ecosystems and that nature is the foundation of business. She said the work done from the bottom and the middle, without the executive mandate or budget, is where real change happens, including building pilots, collecting data, making systemic connections visible, and telling stories.
