The majority of Symplicity’s carbon footprint comes from servers that support our applications, so we pick cloud service providers that have made commitments to become carbon neutral in the near future. Currently, Symplicity utilizes both AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud providers.

Encourages employee volunteering

All Symplicity employees are encouraged to take part in volunteering. Symplicity provides each employee with pto days so that they can take time off from the office to volunteer in the community.

Hosts blood donation visits

Symplicity HQ property management company organizes a bloodmobile bus that comes to the office twice per year. Symplicity employees are encouraged to take part if they are able.

To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values we operate in line with principles of responsible sourcing, including paying employees at the prevailing minimum wage applicable within their relevant country of operations.
