Published 2025 impact report

Our latest 2025 Impact Report provides insights into progress, outcomes, and learnings across our portfolio. Take a look to see how we work with impact, our portfolio companies' current performance and their impact potential.

Set fund impact KPIs

Our fund impact KPIs define how we measure impact. Rooted in science, they help us assess impact in a rigorous and transparent way. Portfolio companies must contribute significantly to at least one defined impact KPI, embedding measurable positive impact at the core of their business model.

Integrated ESG in investments

The Manager integrates sustainability risk in its investment-decision making process. To identify sustainability risks related to an investment, the Manager conducts an ESG due diligence which, among others, addresses potential ESG risks and the overall impact of the company’s activities.

Published SFDR disclosures

As an Article 9 impact fund, sustainability is at the core of our investment approach. We provide transparent, sustainability-related disclosures in line with SFDR requirements, ensuring accountability, regulatory alignment, and clarity on how our investments contribute to positive environmental outcomes.

Assessed portfolio impact

Impact stats: Realised avoided tonne CO2e in 2025 2.2k; Avoided tonne CO2e projected in 2035 5.9m; 2025 share of portfolio with a product carbon footprint 83%; 2025 financed emissions (tCO2e/mEUR invested) 44.5; 2025 Taxonomy aligned revenue (% by investment value) 25%; 2025 Taxonomy eligible revenue (% by investment value) 44%.

Worked on ESG due diligence

In connection with EQT’s minority investment in 3Shape in December 2021, we were responsible for the ESG track during the due diligence process. The ESG due diligence included a materiality assessment based on the SASB framework and considerations aligned with the TCFD.

Supported Navigare strategy

Over several years, we supported Navigare across multiple key workstreams. This included conducting a double materiality assessment, analysing climate-related risks and opportunities, and calculating Navigare’s first Scope 1–3 GHG emissions baseline.

Mapped EU Taxonomy alignment

We supported CataCap in the ESG due diligence process for a potential acquisition. Our work involved regulatory screening, interviews, and close collaboration with other due diligence workstreams. We mapped the company’s eligibility and alignment to the EU Taxonomy, developed an initial roadmap for taxonomy alignment, and highlighted quick wins and longer-term sustainability initiatives.
