In 2023, Travel Places strengthened and certified this commitment by joining the B Corp™ community. This independent, globally recognised accreditation reflects the work we do to meet the travel needs of our clients, whilst being mindful of our impact and continually working to reduce it for future generations.

Certified since 2021, we use the management framework as the foundation of our approach, helping our clients design and manage group movements using responsible, clearly defined processes.

We have introduced a raft of measures, including the installation of solar panels at our offices, which save around 6.17 tonnes of CO2 each year.

2024 impact results

Our latest report summarises our sustainability efforts throughout 2024 - from a 40% reduction in business travel emissions to 105 hours of staff charity volunteering taken, we have been working hard to reduce our environmental impact, whilst improving the working lives of our staff and increasing our local community support!

Hosted sustainability summit

Travel managers and sustainability professionals from sports and media organisations gathered alongside travel experts and suppliers at the London Heathrow Marriott for our first sustainable travel summit on Monday, 15 July 2024.
