Materiality analysis completed

Using a materiality analysis assessment, we identified the most crucial areas for the Trendyol Group to focus on. We defined the main focus areas where we could have the greatest impact with the participation and engagement of more than 2,000 stakeholders including our team, sellers, suppliers, customers, and civil society.

DEI training programmes

We have introduced Unconscious Bias and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training for recruitment and onboarding activities. We offer special awareness seminars on Inclusive Leadership to new leaders. We have compulsory DEI online training for every staff member.

Gender representation data

Currently, 38% of our total employee base is female, while 37.7% of our leadership positions are held by women. Notably, 58% of our engineers are female, far exceeding our region's tech industry average.

Pandemic cargo support

In 2020, millions of cargo materials and eight million medical masks were supplied and delivered free of charge to municipalities to fight the pandemic.
