Reported 2023 emissions

In accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Standard, Valiant reports our 2023 greenhouse gas inventory as Scope 1 GHG emissions are 3,018 MT CO2e and Scope 2 GHG emissions are 1,985 MT CO2e.

Launched recycling initiatives

Valiant has launched a comprehensive recycling initiative, which includes: 100% Paperless Automated Systems; recycling soft plastics and cardboard packaging; using reusable furniture covers instead of plastic; switching to reusable cleaning cloths; adopting eco-friendly cleaning products like ZeroCo and Who Gives A Crap; participating in the National Nespresso Pod recycling program; installing recycling bins in every warehouse and office; incorporating programs like Containers for Change and Recycle Smart; ensuring over 70% of our indoor furniture hire range contains recycled components.

Conserving energy and water

We continually work to conserve energy, water, and resources across all operations. Four of our five warehouses have skylights for natural lighting, and all use state-of-the-art LED lighting to minimize electricity consumption. Additionally, water tanks at our warehouses support our sustainability efforts.

Tree planting with Trace

Recognizing tree planting as an effective solution for combating climate change, we pledge to plant trees for all attendees at Valiant-hosted events in collaboration with Trace. We've planted over 7,796 trees with Trace and purchased 240 trees with 15 Trees, significantly contributing to reforestation and environmental restoration.
