B Corp certification

Vestergaard says it is a Certified B Corporation™. It first achieved B Corp certification in 2021 and has since been working to deepen its commitment to sustainability and create a positive impact across the value chain.

UN Global Compact member

Vestergaard says it is a member of the United Nations Global Compact.

2024 BIA score improvement

Using the B Impact Assessment (BIA) as its framework, Vestergaard worked with the B Corp community to strengthen its practices and increase its positive impact. It said these efforts led to a 22% improvement in its B Corp score.

Recertification support work

Vestergaard worked with dss+ to improve key aspects of its supply chain and its impact on customers, employees, and the environment, to support recertification in 2024. The company said it achieved a 22% increase in its B Impact Assessment score from 107.7 to 131.6.

Sustainability reports published

Vestergaard has published sustainability and impact reports for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. The reports track efforts in global health, agriculture and food security, with a focus on how the company operates.
