Wagestream Sustainability Actions

Partnered with Next

In response to employee engagement surveys Next created a comprehensive financial wellbeing policy, in collaboration with Wagestream. By integrating academic research into this policy, they took a strategic approach that enables the alignment of various financial support elements. As a result, more than 10,000 employees are using financial wellbeing benefits and have saved over £3 million, building financial resilience and a more secure future.

Supported employee wellbeing

Birkin has introduced the Wagestream application for its teams, which gives the opportunity to draw down on their wages to avoid the use of pay day loan companies which could have led them down a very stressful path.

Reached millions of workers

One post states that more than 3 million people globally now have Wagestream membership through 1,200 employers across the U.K., Europe and U.S.

Published financial wellbeing report

Wagestream publishes the annual 'State of Financial Wellbeing' report, using proprietary data to establish topical authority and generate inbound PR and enterprise leads.
