Expanded utility data collection

Driven by a measure, manage, and monitor approach, Kennedy Wilson continued to expand utility data collection in 2021 and has reported on select property performance in both the U.S. and Europe for the first time.

Created ESG committee

The report details efforts to expand oversight of ESG programs with the creation of a new ESG Committee of the Board of Directors and the appointment of a Global Sustainability Officer.

Published sustainability report

Wilson Sons says that sustainability is an annual and systematic process of integrating its business model with relevant ESG topics, considering the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN Global Compact. The company carries out sustainability management in accordance with the GRI Standards and publishes a Sustainability Report based on GRI principles and TCFD guidelines.

Set material ESG topics

Wilson Sons established material topics based on the relevance of environmental, social and governance topics from the impact perspective, adopted by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and from the financial perspective, adopted by the IFRS S1 Standard of the ISSB. Its most recent review, carried out in 2023, identified ten material topics.

Started volunteer program

In 2007, Wilson Sons started Criando Laços (Creating Bonds), the company's official volunteer program.

Founded social volunteering council

In 2008, Wilson Sons launched the 1st version of the Code of Ethics and Conduct and, together with other companies, founded the Brazilian Council for Social Volunteering (CBVE) - a network of companies, institutes and business foundations that develop corporate volunteering programs.

Wilson says sustainability is integrated into all business values and operations. The company states that it has embedded ethical and sustainable processes in day-to-day operations and provides 2024 and 2023 ESG reports.
