Engaged ERM for baseline work

Zentek and its wholly-owned subsidiary Albany Graphite Corp. engaged ERM, a global sustainability consultancy, to lead the 2026 environmental and social baseline program at the Albany Graphite Project, with Constance Lake First Nation members actively participating in every field campaign. ERM completed Albany's first baseline studies in 2019.

Issued ZenGUARD air filters

The Forensic Services and Coroner's Complex in Toronto, Ontario, where Dexterra Group Inc. provides integrated facility management services, issued a purchase order for the procurement of ZenGUARD™ Enhanced Air Filters to be used across its facility. Zentek said it was in the process of fulfilling this purchase order.

Reduced non-core activities

Zentek outlined steps to reduce its cost base, pause or wind down non-core initiatives, and link future capital raises to specific, evidence-based milestones. The company said these actions were intended to support a more efficient operating structure and better reflect the risk adjusted value of its core assets.

Advanced Health Canada engagement

Zentek said it continues detailed, science-based engagement with Health Canada regarding ZenGUARD™ Enhanced Air Filters, which are currently viewed as pest control products. The company said it is supplying detailed scientific data to refine classification and future data or labeling requirements.
