Sleepyhead Zero is our first mattress range designed to be 100% recycled. At the end of its life, the mattress is returned to the retailer and then to the factory to be turned into carpet underlay. We've used Ecoloft fibres in Zero for an eco-friendly sustainable mattress. Plastics destined for landfill are shredded into microscopic pieces, melted down and processed into a soft fibre that forms part of the mattress quilt.
