We have been lucky to have a dedicated ESG team for just over two years now lead by Sally Williamson who have been the driving force behind our sustainability progress.

Used better materials

As a product-driven and focused business, where the majority of our environmental impacts are, it's been really inspiring to see the progress already made on using better materials. Organic or recycled cotton for example, is used as a matter of fact, not a nice-to-have.

Supplier and audit management

Monitor social onboarding of all new suppliers for AllSaints and John Varvatos. Monitor the supply chain ensuring all supplier audits are valid for AllSaints and John Varvatos. Manage all non compliances, ensuring they are completed within their due dates.

In a few weeks' time we'll be launching a free leather repair service. Initially just focused in London but we hope to roll this out much further in the future.
