Bally states that it has been committed to responsible business practices since its inception in 1851. Its sustainability approach is organised around four pillars: Transparency, Quality, Collaboration and Progress. The company says it publishes an annual Sustainability Report, makes its Code of ethics, Supplier code of conduct and Restricted substance list publicly available, and shares a list of main Tier 1 and 2 suppliers. Bally also says it works to mitigate its environmental footprint and promote social and economic well-being through short- and long-term goals.

Preferred material target
In 2022, Bally developed a new Preferred Material List, a tool that will support us in choosing materials even more carefully, with the aim of having at least 90% of our materials classified with a preferable attribute – “Preferred” or “Good” - by 2028.
