The source material describes a club-wide ESG framework built around social, environmental and governance aspects, with emphasis on emissions reduction, circularity, people, local and global community impact, fan inclusion and integrated governance. Presented new ESG strategy

On 17 December 2024, Juventus organised an event at the Allianz Stadium to present the new ESG strategy, “Black, White & More,” to more than 150 stakeholders, partners and associations, as well as numerous journalists. The strategy was described as a new philosophy representing what sustainability means to the Club.

Set six ESG pillars

The new ESG strategy is built on six fundamental pillars: Emissions in the Corner, Assist to Circularity, People First, Sustainable Glocal Club, Fan Centrality and Sustainable Leadership. These cover decarbonisation, circular economy initiatives, inclusion, local and global social impact, fan access and integrated governance.

Held inclusion round table

The event included a round table discussion on accessibility and inclusion, introduced by Juventus' People & Sustainability Manager. The discussion referred to the role of the Disability Access Officer and to accessibility and inclusion as a path already started to make the stadium experience memorable for everyone.
