B Corp certification

Blue Frog just certified as a B Corp. It is a declaration of our long-term commitment to our team, our community and our environment.

Climate positive operations

Blue Frog is also certified as carbon positive by Ekos, which means it measures and offsets 120% of its carbon footprint. Blue Frog completed its carbon measurement and offset commitments through the 2025 calendar year and formally exited the certification programme in October 2025.

Renewable energy use

We’re proudly running our manufacturing on 100% renewable energy. They operate on 100% regenerative energy—solar, wind, and hydro.

Packaging with recycled plastic

All of our bags are made from 44% recycled plastic. It's not perfect, but we're continually looking for ways we can improve, and this is us working towards that.

Soft plastic recyclable packs

All of our packaging is 100% soft plastic recyclable! We're continuously looking for ways to improve our packaging which is why we've joined the soft plastics recycling committee in NZ.

Zero waste target

We have a massive target to have Zero Waste to Landfill by 2025. A bold statement to make we know, but we see it as part of our duty in caring for our planet.

Food donations

We donate more than 20,000 breakfasts a year to City Missions and KiwiHarvest, reducing food waste and providing food security all in one.

Living wage employer

We highly value every single one of our workers, which is why we are proud to be living wage accredited. Just one step towards helping reduce poverty in New Zealand.

Inclusive workplace

Here at Blue Frog we are all about celebrating YOU. We truly embrace diversity and inclusion and promote a flexible and supportive work environment that meets the needs of our people and our business.
