Manufacturing hub in Tunisia

The main hub of our manufacturing operations is in Tunisia, and has been since 1993. Today, we operate our own logistical platform and two factories there. Located in the region of Monastir, our two factories and logistical platform are our main hubs of activity in Tunisia.

Extended Monastir operations

In 2022, we continued to grow our own operations in Monastir, by extending our logistical platform, through a new 5’400 m2 warehouse, as well as acquiring a second sewing facility.

Regular supplier checks

We typically rely on long-term relationships based on trust and mutual respect, while also carrying out regular on-site checks, to ensure good working conditions, in line with our Code of Conduct and Supplier Manual.

Living wage and grievance

We pay all employees a living wage, while also ensuring normal working hours and that effective grievance mechanisms are in place.

Employee support in Monastir

In Monastir, we have implemented our own shuttle bus service, due to the lack of public transport in the region. Additionally, both our locations have an on-site doctor and nurse, which allows employees to be seen immediately if they have a medical issue and helps reduce healthcare costs.
