2020
Donate one million trees
To meet this goal, we partnered with non-profit partner, One Tree Planted, to help regenerate the planet. Just for choosing felix as your phone plan provider, we’ll plant one tree for every month you’re with us. Along the way we’ve also made some donations including 15,000 seedlings for bush fire relief in Australia when we launched in late 2020 and 25,000 additional trees for World Environment Day in June of 2021. 2023
Donate two million trees
In May of 2023, we reached our first enormous milestone of planting 1,000,000 trees with the help of our community. As a result, we've set a new ambitious goal to plant another million trees by the end of 2024 by contributing to projects both here at home in Australia and overseas. 2024
Donate five million trees
We are incredibly humbled that we have achieved our goal of donating two million trees thanks to the felix community by July 2024, which meant we have set a new goal of 5million trees to be donated by July 2026. Deforestation is a growing issue across the globe, with approximately one soccer field of forest being cut down every second. 2025
eSIM provider
In addition to our tree planting mission, we are also one of Australia's first telcos to offer eSIM cards, which means less plastic, less manufacturing and less packaging required, no delivery and all around less waist. We have an ambitious target to have 80% of felix customers using eSIM only by end of 2027.
