Ivi Sustainability Actions

Formed ESG Committee

To measure, uphold, and make progress on IVI’s commitment to excellent environmental, social, and governance practices, IVI formed an ESG Committee at the start of 2021. This committee will report on IVI’s ESG activities while making strategic recommendations to improve IVI’s operations.

Conducted Environmental Assessment

As a first step, IVI conducted an Environmental Impact Assessment to map our research and operations’ significant impacts on the environment and identify tangible goals to address them.

Approved Gender Policy

A primary goal of the ESG Committee was developing a standalone Gender Policy at IVI to reflect a commitment to gender equality across our work at research sites around the world as well as how we work. At the start of 2021, the IVI Board of Trustees approved the Gender Policy.

Reports to Global Health 50/50

IVI also annually reports to Global Health 50/50 to remain transparent and accountable to our aims and policies.

Published first sustainability report

IVICOM Consulting d.o.o. has prepared its first sustainability report to transparently inform all interested stakeholders and the general public about our practices, policies, future initiatives, as well as impacts, risks, and opportunities in relation to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues.

Prepared VSME report for 2024

The report was prepared in accordance with the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standards for non-listed SMEs (VSME) developed by EFRAG, covering the reporting period from 1 January to 31 December 2024.

Completed materiality assessment

We conducted a Materiality Matrix Assessment to identify and prioritise sustainability topics based upon their importance to iViis. A shortlist of 23 sustainability topics was prepared from one of the team meetings, and these topics were then sent out to all employees in the form of a survey.
