Karma Kebab is a kebab restaurant and food truck concept that has positioned plant-based food as part of its sustainability story. The company says it was asked to create “the most sustainable night snack possible” for Lowlands, working with Rabobank and the food line-up, and developed a kebab made of celeriac using local ingredients, mainly vegetables and grains.
