To enable companies to: EvAssess – in a cross-cutting manner – the current governance status regarding gender integration in its various interventions – internally and externally – and among its different stakeholders. Design an action plan to implement a gender perspective integrated governance. Within the project, we also conducted trainings for more than 15 Latin American companies from Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Mexico and Peru (among other countries).

To this end: We conducted a benchmark to analyze the relevance given by the fintech sector in Latin American to certain impact matters, identifying sustainable and impact finance existing opportunities. We trained Naranja X’s business areas leaders, products, and finance on sustainable and impact investing, on how to integrate ESG (environmental, social and governance) factors into investment products development, and on the different tools available for channelling those investments.
