Selection by s.Oliver presents sustainability as part of its corporate values and product development. The company says it takes an integrated approach to sustainability for people, the environment and nature, with a focus on more sustainable materials and production processes, transparency and innovation, and social responsibility. It published its first sustainability report for the 2023 financial year in 2024 and said it would report annually on progress. The group describes three areas for a more sustainable future: People, Future and Planet. It has also joined the Fair Wear Foundation, works with Retraced on supply-chain transparency, and uses more sustainable materials, circular product concepts and packaging measures.
