Renewed stationery for planet, people and education

Stationery Aid is a Queensland-based not-for-profit charity founded in 2020 by Alison and Jan Schutt, who witnessed the enormous volume of perfectly usable school supplies going to waste each year. Rather than let them go to landfill, they built a volunteer-powered network to collect, sort, clean, renew and redistribute refurbished stationery to students experiencing hardship across Australia.

Stationery Aid is a registered charity and Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) with the ACNC, meaning donations over $2 are tax deductible. Operating collection points across Queensland and in Sydney, they support under-resourced students, regional schools, and community education programs - ensuring no child is held back by a lack of basic learning tools.
