CBAM comes into force
The company noted that CBAM will come into force from 2026, after a transition phase that lasts until December 2025.

IFRS reporting in Brazil
WayCarbon stated that companies listed on the stock exchange in Brazil will have to report sustainability information in a mandatory and auditable manner starting in 2027, for the 2026 fiscal year.
