Recycling

Raw Materials

Our investments in state-of-the-art technologies have allowed us to reduce scrap rates significantly. Any foam scrap we do produce is 100% recycled and used in carpet underlay.

Lowering Transport Emissions

Distribution

Through compression of our foam, and by partnering with logistics suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability, we are actively trying to lower our transport-related emissions.

Investing in Renewable Energy

Production

We’re constantly working to reduce our reliance on traditional energy sources. This is why we’ve invested in solar panels at our Victorian facility, as well as low-energy lighting at all our sites.

Variable Pressure Foaming (VPF)

Production

Joyce foams are made with VPF technology, the method of foam production that requires no Auxiliary Blowing Agents (ABA's) and produces virtually no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's).

Certified Safe

Usage

Our foams have been independently certified as free of harmful substances.
