ASKET is a Stockholm-based fashion brand founded in 2015 that positions sustainability around transparency, traceability, and reducing consumption. Its model rejects seasonal fast fashion in favour of a permanent collection of timeless essentials, with product-level information on environmental impact, supply chain origin, and cost structure. The brand publishes impact receipts, uses lifecycle assessments, and offers repair, resale, remanufacture, recycling, and take-back services through its Revival Program and ReStore. It also discloses supplier information and focuses on responsible material sourcing, circular design, and labor rights across its supply chain.

ASKET Sustainability Actions

Launched Impact Receipt

In September 2019, we painted a different ‘F-word’ on a 110m2 wall located on one of Stockholm’s busiest shopping streets. In the wake of the growing climate crisis, we felt it was time to speak frankly about fast-fashion and the far-reaching impact it has, not only on the environment, but also those working in the supply chain and on consumer behaviour.

Published product impact data

The ‘Impact Receipt’ will showcase the impact of every garment in their permanent collection, highlighting CO2 emitted, the amount water required and energy consumed for their garments’ creation.

Used lifecycle assessments

The initiative is the result of two years work, during which Asket had each item of clothing examined by the Swedish Research Institute (RISE) in a two-year Life Cycle Assessment to determine each garments environmental impact.

Introduced full traceability

Since then they have introduced full traceability of its garments’ supply chain from raw material to final garment.

Launched take-back program

Asket operates a take-back program called The Revival Program, allowing customers to return worn items so they can be revived through resale, remanufacture, or recycling, helping extend the life of each garment.
