2025–2027 targets include annual funding and in-kind hours dedicated to Estero Bay initiatives, year-over-year reductions in office waste and non-essential travel, and publication of an annual summary of environmental actions and outcomes.

2025–2027 targets include annual pay-equity analysis with published remediation steps, increased representation of underrepresented groups in hiring pipelines and leadership consideration slates, 100% employee completion of DEI and anti-bias training annually, and tracking and growth of diverse-supplier spend year over year.

2025–2027 targets include reporting participation in learning and mentoring, increasing volunteer hours year over year, maintaining or increasing contributions to FGCU marine-research scholarships and student opportunities, and publishing an annual culture snapshot.
