by-bar describes its sustainability approach as a “conscious journey” focused on Planet, People and Product. The company says it uses its business as a force for good, with an emphasis on transparency, responsible sourcing, lower-impact materials, supply chain mapping, circularity, community donations and carbon reduction. It became a B Corp in July 2024 and says it continues to learn and take action to reduce its footprint while maximising social impact.
