Following the Fashion Act
The Fashion Act, which was presented in January 2022, is pending in the hands of the Consumer Protection Committee of the NY Assembly. Seeking certifications
Some applicable certifications for us to consider are MadeSafe, Oeko-Tex Made in Green, RWS, and the Recycled Claim Standard. Several of these labels align with our products so we look forward to the day we can say we are officially Climate Pledge Friendly!
